Recording Submission Form

Please use the below form to submit any recorded content for assessment in the Online Exam Session (Music).

Please note, due to Copyright restrictions, recordings cannot be posted online except as unlisted YouTube videos, and these videos cannot be shared or used for any purpose other than AMEB examination.

Please also note, the recording submission deadline for the Recorded Exams Session is 10 December 2020. The recording submission deadline for the Online Exams Session (SA candidates transferred only) is 2 December 2020.

Candidates requiring Section III "Mini-Exams"
For those SA candidates who are transferring to the Online Exams Session due to the 19 - 24 November lockdown, please note that the only dates/times available for Section III exams are 8:30am to 12:30pm on 28 and 29 November, and 5 and 6 December. If you have any limitations on availability for an exam at these times, please ensure the Account holder has updated the scheduling requests in SCORE prior to submitting this form.

These exams are scheduled on the Wednesday prior to the weekend, and notifications of exam times are released each Wednesday afternoon. Notifications are sent to the "parent/guardian/candidate over 18" email address nominated on this online form, but if this is field is left blank, then they are sent to the Account holder email. The notification will require a reply email by COB the next day, to confirm that the candidate will adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the Section III "mini-exam".

If you are a submitting a recording for a Grade 8 Comprehenive Exam, please upload one PDF file of the sheet music for all the List pieces. The Examiner will need access to these pieces in order to assess candidates' responses to the General Knowledge component of the Section III (mini) exam.



For Grade 8 and above - Please check the Copyright Requirements for your pieces, and, if needed, upload a completed APRA Copyright Declaration Form.




Please note that this form usually only covers physical copies. However, due to these extraordinary times, AMEB has worked with APRA to extend the parameters of this Declaration to include digital copies for exam purposes.

Certification by the recording supervisor (must be over 18):









(The supervisor may be contacted to verify their role in witnessing the recording.)



Attach proof of ID (this is a copy of some form of identification with both a photo of the Supervisor and their name).

Note: For Online Comprehensive and For Leisure Exams (not Repertoire) - an email invitation to a "mini exam" for Section III will be sent to the Account Holder email unless an alternative email for a parent/guardian or a candidate (18 + years old) is supplied below.
